Those submitting a nomination are asked to provide the information requested below.

Provide a 2-4 page maximum narrative capturing why your corporation deserves this award. Describe in the narrative the corporate activities and the impact your corporation has had in the following areas of focus:

• Community Outreach and Involvement
• Environmental and Green Leadership
• Employee Relations: Best Places to Work
• Philanthropy
• Human Rights

You can also include supplemental materials such as awards received, brochures, newspaper clippings, photographs, etc from events/programs.
